Moira’s hair in her late teens/YA stage was still relatively long. She cut it after being told it was easier to assault a longer-haired person in battle (she’s sort of practical like that).
Fun fact: The symbol on her chest is based on the Sicilian Trisklete, which is the logo of the Police in Burning Bridges.
